What it is not. It is not issued, approved or endorsed by OSHA; OSHA does not approve or certify training courses. On its own, online training does not meet the standard: your employer must also train you on its own Exposure Control Plan and procedures, and give you a chance to ask questions of a knowledgeable trainer (29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(N) and (viii)).
